Mustin Builders has been building homes in and around Madison County for 48 years. We have many standard plans. But we are also happy to work with your plan, on your lot or ours. We normally sit down with the customer and talk about their wants and needs. Then we either adapt one of our plans or make changes to your plans. We like the customer to have some sort of plan, whether it's out of a plan book, newspaper, or you draw your own plan. We'll take it from there. Our goal is to develop a plan for the client that fits both the lifestyle and budget. We recently have become certified with the National Association of Home Builders as "Certified Green Professionals" and "Certified Aging-In-Place Specialists". We can use this added knowledge in your new home to help conserve our environment and at the same time give you the peace of mind that you're doing the right thing. We can help our customers with special needs to make their new home as friendly and comfortable as possible.
